Supply Desk

Calculations and CSV imports run in your browser. The prototype does not send your entered quote data to a supplier, AI service or Earned Keep database. Browser downloads remain files on your device. Any optional browser-save feature is local to that browser, not a shared account or backup; on a shared device, choose “Delete device copy” to remove that saved copy, then reset or close the working page. Reset alone does not delete a saved device copy.

Do not enter resident records, payment cards, supplier passwords or confidential contract information. A production pilot needs an agreed data-handling process before real business data is supplied.

Property previews

Preview names, photos, unit data and contacts await property-owner material. Inquiry tools prepare drafts locally and do not send a tour or maintenance request. Do not use a preview for an emergency or an actual application.

Email and hosting

Email links open your own email app; you choose whether to send. Messages you send are handled through the business mailbox and your email provider. This static site contains no analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes ordinary network request information to serve and secure it.

Contact

For questions about Earned Keep, contact mac@earnedkeep.com. For any future property service, use the property manager’s approved contact once the real site has launched.
